Tularosa Public Library Quilt Raffle

Friends of the Tularosa Public Library sponsored a quilt raffle. It is a beautiful handmade Santa Fe styled quilt, made by Carolyn McKinzie of Tularosa. The winner was Mayor Ray Cordova. Congratulations!
